Sunday School Classes
We offer a variety of opportunities for discipleship development on Sunday mornings. We begin at 9:45 a.m. offering a class for all ages. We hope that you will join us as we seek to deepen our faith and become more connected as believers.
This class is a co-ed class, with a wide age range. Most of the studies are discussion oriented and facilitator driven. The emphasis is on life application and the material is chosen by class interests.
E.T. CLARK MEN’S BIBLE CLASS
The class is made up of men of all ages. The class includes hymn singing, prayer, scripture and a lesson. The lesson is taught by four teachers on alternating Sundays throughout the month. The literature used is Smyth & Helwys Formations. The class motto is: “Help Us That We May Grow in Grace and in the Knowledge of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.”
This class is a co-ed adult group made up primarily of middle and senior ages, but also some younger members. There are three teachers who serve on a rotating basis. The class uses Smyth & Helwys Formations Literature. The lesson material is presented through a combination of class discussion and lecture.
HOME BUILDER’S CLASS
This class is a mixed couple and singles class. All ages are welcome. Each fifth Sunday they celebrate their “Fifth Sunday Fellowship” by having brunch in the classroom. They have one teacher (with substitutes) and use Smyth & Helwys Formations literature. The lesson material is presented through a combination of class discussion and lecture.
This class consists of ladies of all ages, primarily 50 and older. They are active in outreach to the community. The class is structured with four rotating teachers. Lesson material is Formations by Smyth & Helwys.
THE WORD CLASS
This class is a co-ed class with mainly middle to older aged adults. The class has one teacher with others substituting as needed. They mainly focus on Scripture with a guide for the lesson.
PARENTS & ME CLASS
This class is for parents of young children from birth to 2 years old. Allowing the child to stay with the parents. They are using curriculum Frolic from SparkHouse.
